  • Income must be at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or 60% of your state’s median income
  • Eligible if your household includes seniors (60+), children under 6, or individuals with medical conditions worsened by heat
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or legally admitted resident living in the applying state

  • Proof of income (pay stubs, Social Security, benefits statements)
  • Identification for all household members
